We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel located on the riverbank in a beautiful old-fashioned building. The hotel was located just a few kilometers from the city center and close to a railway station, which made it easy for us to get around. The staff were extremely welcoming, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a stunning view of the nearby Neva river. Another advantage we enjoyed was the late restaurant, which allowed us to have a pleasant dinner after a long day.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Although the location was convenient, the surroundings of the hotel were not particularly lively or attractive. Additionally, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and the food was just average quality. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay overall and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing getaway.

the speed of internet connection ( free of charge )

tv channels were very bad , bathroom was reeking , breakfast was very poor , wake up call not on time , they didnt clean the room for a second day of accomadation ..

staff spoke little English and were not helpful in many cases. The service in the restaurant was poor and the food was not good.

The hotel is situated near Neva river and close to the city center which makes it easy to explore. there is a big supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was clean with decent facilities, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area was clearly insufficient for the number of rooms, which made it difficult to enjoy breakfast.

Pleasant service (friendly helpful people), free internet, nice modern room, good shower, free umbrella when rain...

Many TV channels but few international, breakfast could be better (esp. when you arrive later than the rest). Location: no fun in direct surrounding but when you like walking: no problem... you'll be at the Aurora in 10 minutes or so or in the city center in 20... easy to find location.

This hotel is the perfect place for a city break! The rooms are clean and boast a stylish decor. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay exceptional. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of Russian specialties on offer. Plus, the location is great! We were close to the city center and other key locations.

The rather shabby surroundings of the area where the hotel is located. While it is close to the subway, some of the industrial surroundings were not very attractive.

The hotel located near a big supermarket which was convenient for me. The staff was really helpful and kind – they organized my PCR test and even packed me a to-go breakfast. The rooms were small, but very clean. The hotel facilities were great – everything seemed brand new. It was also very easy to get to Lenin square station from here.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
